Programs

Entry Level FIS - ages 15-19

These are racing oriented programs designed to improve ski racing techniques and assist young racers in reaching their personal goals. The racers learn many life-long skills including personal goal setting, motivation, discipline and teamwork.

Optional Pre-season On-Snow Training
Optional Dryland Program
Optional Friday Training at Castle 
Optional 3 Day Family Week Camp 
Optional 3 Day Semester Break Camp (High School Athletes)
Additional training days and/or camps may be scheduled and billed for separately - approximately $30/day at Castle and $50/day elsewhere.

Coaching Dates:

Saturday/Sunday early-December to beginning of April

All Entry FIS races plus Speed Camp
Training Day prior to all races
One Evening per week @ Pass Powder Keg
(must purchase own lift ticket)
5 day Christmas camp - Dates to be determined
Coaching times: Approximately 4 hours per day as set by coach

Pre-Season On-Snow - Ages 11-19 " Cost: Approximately = $150.00 at Castle or nearest open venue if Castle not open.  Starting Saturday / Sunday late October to mid-December.

 Fridays - as scheduled by coaching staff
Cost: Approximately $90

Pre-Season Dryland - Ages 11-19
Cost: Approximately $60 plus extra fees for facility and/or instructors.  Program is typically offered in Lethbridge

Semester Break Camp - Ages 15-19 "
Cost: Approximately $90.00 at Castle or nearest open venue if Castle not open
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Dates TBA in last week of January 

2010 Family Week Camp - Ages 11-19
Cost: Approximately $90 at Castle or nearest open venue if Castle not open.  Camp will follow Alberta's Family Day long weekend.
